EOY GARDEN UPDATE (POST-TAS) - FWS

Continued from previous post, pictured below is the FWS.

The luffa is climbing the fence, as planned! These were planted from average quality seeds, but this one at the front is actually growing and producing. The ones at the back were planted out much earlier than these, but are less than half the size. We've harvested the luffa a few times already. The old fat one here is to be dried for its rind. 


Blurry photo of the snake bean jungle. It's had to withstand some rough weather. Next season, I'll need to prepare some stronger trellises. 



Eggplants! Homegrown eggplants are much tastier than bought ones, primarily because they have a more tender texture when harvested earlier (and smaller). 


























And here are the sunflower seeds planted out earlier. They're all giant or mammoth species, expected to grow more than 2m in height, so they're still quite young now.
