last of the hugelkultur planter boxes

Filled the last two planter boxes with sawn branches from the front conifers, plus compost, old potting mix, a handful (tub-full, actually) of worms in their humus, chicken poo pellets and mineral dust. All these movable planter boxes will be for bee-friendly flowers and "auxiliary plants."

Planted so far are:

- calendula

- marigold

- borage

- mint (garden + Vietnamese), potted up to prevent them from going wild in the beds (I realised this too late, but I'm trying to monitor certain spots and pull out when they start appearing again).

- phlox, not sure what this is exactly, but it was part of the woolies seed freebies.

To be added are:

- sweet alyssum

- forget-me-nots, planted on behalf of poopsie

A lot of volunteer tomatoes are popping up in these planter boxes, probably from uneaten tomatoes thrown in the worm farm. I've left a couple in each, so there'll be some random tomatoes coming out with the flowers.
