The household composting ecosystem has levelled up with it's addition of a handful of (presumably) red wiggler worms! Compost worms can be a pretty expensive setup, but I managed to find an easy way to make a little worm farm.
Reverse Garbage has a huge variety of odds-and-ends materials that are great for DIY and craft projects. It's also super cheap. Three plastic 10L tubs and one lid is all you need for a worm farm, and I bought just that for $7.50. Voila, too easy.
I had also contacted a generous schoolteacher on a share/swap/giveaway facebook group who gave me some worms from her tubs. She told me that she had originally gotten hers from her mother-in-law a few years ago, and that the worms multiplied heaps.
