grape leaves and dolmades

The grape vine was growing out of control and need a prune... and what do you do with all these fresh grape leaves? 

Dill, onion, pepper, lemon, salt and rice - parboiled - all wrapped in blanched leaves. Tasty. Oops, almost forgot the olive oil. 

The fresh bright green leaves turn army green after a few seconds in hot water. I cheated a bit and kept the leaves rolled up in a brine for a few days before making the actual dolmades.
