Pretty pretty. Three seeds to a flower; green = still growing; brown with brain wrinkles = just about ready; brown and dropped = good to remove and store in a dry place. The seeds will shrink significantly as it loses its moisture content, after which it will be ready to germinate and begin its next cycle of life.
