got some more seedlings
Raising seeds takes a lot of patience, and I just couldn't resist a run to Bunnings for some plants I couldn't wait on. Now, there are some new additions to the food garden collection:
- strawberries
- passionfruit (panama red and gold)
- bean "dragon's tongue" [diggers]
- eggplant "listada di gandia" [diggers]
- cucumber "Japanese climbing" [diggers]

That's not to say there's no success with the germination. It's been only a couple of weeks, but some carrots have emerged, as well as a couple of beans (the Kentucky one) and some holy basil. I'm imagining Tino saying the phrase "bumper crop".

A few days later, I do a seedlings swap with a guy who's starting his seedlings nursery in his backyard. I give him a bunch of luffas, and I got all of these (various types of tomatoes, zucchinis, okra, marigold, calendula, paprika)
